Massage Therapy
A manual therapy that involves the manipulation of soft tissue and connective tissue (fascia) to restore balance and promote wellness in the body. The therapist uses their hands and other tools to knead, rub and apply pressure to the client’s body to facilitate restoration.
Table Massage
With my holistic approach to Massage Therapy, I use intuitive touch to restore the physical body, calm the mind and balance the spirit. Each massage session is customized for the client, using a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Stretching and more. This blend will help reduce pain, improve joint mobility and speed the healing of soft tissue injuries. Our sessions are collaborative experiences; meaning we will work together to reach your desired goals.

Prenatal Massage
This service is designed to provide relief to the pregnant body, mind and spirit. As the spine shifts and curves more to accommodate baby, the muscles and joints become greatly affected. In addition, all of the hormonal changes during pregnancy can affect your mental and spiritual wellbeing. This massage service is curated to address all of those changes and help prepare you for labor, birth and post-partum. A blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Stretching is used during this session.

On-Site Chair Massage
This is a mobile service, designed to meet you where you are, literally! During chair massage the neck, shoulders and back are the target areas. Chair massage is done through the clothing, making it quicker and more accessible while providing the same relaxation and stress relief as you can receive during table massage. This is the perfect option for a team or group of people, for any occasion. *A two-hour minimum session is required to book
Reiki-Infused Massage
Reiki is an energy healing practice that creates balance and move stagnancy in a person’s energy field. Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to Universal (REI) Life Energy (KI). Energy has the potential to stagnate in parts of the body, resulting in physical or emotional pain or stress. The practitioner uses gentle touch as they channel energy to the client to aid in their wellbeing.
This session combines intentional energy and body work as I intuitively touch and manipulate both the physical body and energetic field to promote whole being (mind, body, spirit) restoration. A client may experience intense emotional release during or after this session. I assure you that this is a safe space for you to FEEL and RELEASE!
AcuDetox (Acupuncture Detoxification)
Acudetox is a specialized form of acupuncture that is performed by placing 5 thin, sterile needles in the outer ears to stimulate specific points. This protocol treats anxiety, stress, trauma and substance use disorders. Acudetox reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms, reduces anxiety, and promotes inner peace. This practice naturally releases endorphins in the body that improves overall mental health.

Birth Work - Full Circle Doula
The term Doula simply means “to serve/servant”. As a Full Circle Doula, I provide emotional, physical and informational support to you during pregnancy, labor and the post-partum period. I will provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions regarding these processes. I will also provide help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other comfort measures and techniques during labor and birth.
My Birth Philosophy: Birth is Spiritual just as it is Physical. I believe that bringing life into this world is and will always be the most transformative, life-changing thing you’ll ever experience. As you birth a baby, you also go through a death and rebirth of sorts. Support during these times is non-negotiable. EVERY woman embarking on this journey needs a companion. Like all of my services, my holistic approach to birth work encourages you to nourish your mind, body and spirit as you prepare to bring your baby/ies Earth Side and continue the nourishment thereafter. I have no intention to tell you what to do at every turn of your birthing journey. Instead, I will provide tools and support as I empower, encourage and guide you with love and care along the way.
