I am a PROUD Louisiana gurl :) A native of Lutcher, LA who was handed over to beautiful New Orleans at the age of 18 - and she has been nurturing me ever since.

 

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been some sort of anchor for others throughout my life. Growing up in a household as the middle child of three girls molded me into a true “girl's girl” and taught me sisterhood. In 2016, I became a trained Doula and had begun serving families in my community. That training unlocked a whole universe of Spirituality, Healing and Womanhood for me - and this was only the beginning of my wellness journey, both personally and as a practitioner. In 2018 I became a Reiki I Practitioner and later received my Massage Therapy license in 2019. Since then, I've added many other tools to my kit in order to better serve others on their healing journey, including certifications in Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Body Work and AcuDetox Specialist training, to name a few.

 

Today, my work is rooted in holistic wellness. My offerings are intended to facilitate healing of the mind, body and spirit (the whole self). There are no prerequisites to my services, as I always invite you to “COME AS YOU ARE”! Whether I am the right practitioner for you, or you the right client for me, can and will be determined and discussed accordingly. ​​
